researchED Netherlands 2020

January 11 @ 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

researchED is coming to The Netherlands for the fifth time!

For our fifth edition, we’re inviting a mix of national and international speakers. Speakers will include well-known academics from the field of education, but also young researchers and teachers who will share their experiences bringing education into their classroom.

We’ll be offering sessions for anyone interested in education, focused on the practice of teaching, with various themes such as language, reading, maths, science, didactics, and pedagogy.

Don’t miss the 5th edition of researchED Netherlands!

Our Netherlands event is mainly in Dutch, but we will have 1 English session in every round.

(English) Speakers include:

David Didau – What teachers need to know about classroom culture and social norms

Oliver Caviglioli – Dual Coding for Teachers

Casper Hulshof – Critical thoughts on cognitive load theory

Tom Sherrington – Are Rosenshine’s Principles anything new? Or just common sense?

Tom Bennett – Behaviour lessons from the best UK schools
