Alex Weatherall

Alex is a physics teacher with a background in telecommunication software development. He joined the TeacherTapp team to help manage the vast amounts of survey data. He is half the EdFiles podcast team, technical support for researchED and spends too much time trying to be an upstanding member of the edu-twitter community.

Rebecca Allen

Rebecca Allen is Director of Centre for Education Improvement Science at UCL Institute of Education. She co-founded Teacher Tapp, a teacher survey app, in 2017. She is an expert in the analysis of large scale administrative and survey datasets. Her research explores the impact of government reforms on school behaviour, with a particular focus on accountability and teacher labour markets.
