Click on the text ‘View your tickets’ (found under the map)
Click ‘Toggle attendee info’ and edit the desired information
Click on the Update Tickets button to save your changes
Ticket(s) are not re-sent automatically. If you require a new ticket, please contact us and include your order number.
If you did not order your tickets using an account, please contact us with your updated attendee information and we will inform the event organisers. Please note, we cannot re-issue a ticket with a changed name if you did not place your ticket order with an account. We will add the corrected name to the attendee list.
